Section 14
Conciliation Arrangements
(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, in relation to any complaint pending before the Commission, if the parties concerned make a joint application for conciliation, the Commission may effect conciliation as prescribed. However, according to international law, reconciliation cannot be done on issues that are considered serious violations of human rights and humanitarian laws, or on issues that cannot be reconciled according to prevailing laws.
(2) It shall be the duty of the concerned parties to comply with the reconciliation as per sub-section (1).
(3) After conciliation in accordance with sub-section (1) in relation to any complaint, the related action shall be deemed to have ended and no further complaint can be filed in such matter.
(4) Other arrangements related to reconciliation shall be as prescribed.
